Patient Intake Specialist

Responsible for processing new referrals, verifying insurance, collecting documents, and ensuring all intake information is accurate and complete. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fast learners, and experienced in handling sensitive patient data.

Eligibility Specialist

Verifies insurance coverage, checks benefit details, and confirms patient eligibility for services. Requires familiarity with U.S. payer systems and strong attention to detail.

Customer Service Representative

Serves as the front line of communication with clients, patients, and partners. Responds to inquiries, resolves issues, and maintains a positive customer experience. Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Case Manager (Home Health)

Supports clinical and administrative workflows, including patient chart monitoring, scheduling coordination, and follow-ups. Requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and experience in home health operations.

OASIS Quality Assurance and Plan of Care (POC) Nurse

Home Health Coder (ICD-10 / PDGM)

Responsible for reviewing OASIS assessments and 485/POC forms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Must be a licensed nurse with strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and experience in home health documentation and CMS guidelines.

Assigns accurate diagnosis and HHRG codes based on chart documentation. Ensures compliance with PDGM requirements. Certification preferred (e.g., HCS-D or BCHH-C).

Billing and Claims Specialist

Handles submission of RAPs, NOAs, and final claims. Manages denials, appeals, and payment follow-ups. Ideal for candidates with experience in Medicare and home health billing systems.
